Merchandise & Licensing
Develop, analyze and refine the Company’s merchandise strategy with the aim of maximizing margin and delivering financial gain to all-time low line
Develop a licensing strategy for growth of the Company’s contestant and event merchandise lines
Determine and manage the Merchandise budget; deliver sales revenue targets whereas operational at intervals budget on expense
Steer overall style strategy within the direction of strategic goals; pastor a portfolio of high-quality designers and cost-efficient suppliers
Negotiate licensing arrangements and production contracts with third parties
Develop a method and manage the method for production and delivery of employees uniforms that maximizes price and minimizes value
Analyze sales and analytics information to produce regular management reports on merchandise financials and insight into sales trends
Event Retail Sales
Recruit and manage contract staff
Coordinate the creation and management of a consumer-friendly retail front for merchandise sales at every event
Provide correct reportage of track side sales and money information from events
Online Sales, Advertising and Promotion
Develop, analyze and refine the Company’s strategy for on-line merchandise sales
Manage the Company’s on-line store and develop a method for website enhancements to drive sales
Brand Management
Develop associate degree iron-clad approval method for stakeholders approved to use the AFT whole
Ensure that all contracts with stakeholders and licensees embody the suitable needs associated with the utilization of the AFT whole.
Ensure all materials created by stakeholders and licensees ar approved and adjust with AFT stigmatization needs, as well as correct brand usage on employees uniforms, merchandise, rider and team uniforms
